Job summary

KnitWell Group is hiring a Sales Lead for Store 3093-Gloucester Premium Outlets, NJ. You will partner with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences and guide associates to meet brand standards.

The role emphasizes coaching, onboarding new teammates, and maintaining top visual and operational standards. Position type is Regular/Part time with availability evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient with POS systems and able to train others.

Responsibilities

• Model and deliver personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing the team.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards focused on customers.
• Provide feedback and coaching to associates in the moment.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused, profitable environment.
• Step in as manager when needed and support omnichannel shopping.
