You’ll participate in open/close duties, schedule, cash handling, and inventory while staying informed about promotions and policies. A passion for fashion and empowerment completes your fit for the role.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds; operate the register.

• Open and close store duties as part of operations.
• Share brand priorities and messages with the team.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
