You will partner with the store leadership to drive sales, coach colleagues, and ensure smooth opening/closing, inventory and scheduling tasks.

The ideal candidate has about 2 years of retail management experience, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
