Soma in Carmel, IN is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model a welcoming, customer‑centred environment. You will guide daily operations, coach staff, and help deliver memorable experiences that reflect our hospitality culture.

You’ll oversee cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment, while promoting brand standards and teamwork across our stores. This role blends leadership with hands-on store duties.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge with the team.
• Provide coaching and scheduling support to meet performance goals.
• Handle cash, manage inventory, and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Support omni-channel sales efforts and contribute to a positive work environment.
