Job summary

KnitWell Group in Norwalk, CT is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and reinforce brand standards through memorable, customer-centered service.

You will coach staff, drive sales with product knowledge, manage scheduling and inventory, and ensure a welcoming omni-channel experience. This part-time role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations and opening/closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni‑channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with goals.
• Execute scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
