White House Black Market in Franklin, TN is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model outstanding service. You will drive brand standards and create memorable, hospitality-focused experiences for customers.

In this role you will coach associates, support scheduling and operations, and lead by example on the sales floor to achieve team goals while delivering personalized service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability—including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate the register.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, share product knowledge, and use an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and feedback to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Share ideas with store leadership and contribute to a positive work environment.
