Job summary

White House Black Market is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership in Chattanooga, TN. You will supervise the team, model brand standards, and create memorable, customer-centric experiences that reflect WHBM’s hospitality culture.

You will coach associates, help with scheduling, inventory, and cash handling while applying product knowledge and brand priorities. This is a part-time role requiring flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Support scheduling and contribute ideas to leadership discussions.
