Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is hiring a Sales Floor Department Supervisor to lead a team of associates and enhance the customer experience in-store. You will coach staff, delegate tasks, manage performance, and ensure department coverage while handling both customer-facing and operational duties.

The role requires retail experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work various shifts, including mornings and evenings. Safety and merchandise standards are emphasized in daily duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years in retail or 5 years in retail experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year supporting Pro customers (Pro Department Supervisor).
• Experience directing or supervising teams (with/without direct reports).
• Experience training, mentoring and developing associates.
• Experience working cross-functionally.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain sales licensure or registration as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team to deliver the best customer experience.
• Delegate daily tasks, follow up, and ensure department coverage.
• Perform customer-facing activities and store safety duties.
• Open/close the store or serve as manager-on-duty as needed.
• Travel to meetings or trainings occasionally; no regular travel required.
