Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. is hiring a part-time retail associate in Tinton Falls, NJ. You will provide high standards of customer experience, process transactions, maintain store cleanliness, and support merchandising guidelines.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail, strong teamwork and communication, ability to learn quickly, basic MS Office skills, and the physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Base pay ranges from $15.92 to $18.92 per hour plus benefits.

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment or related experience.
• Strong team player.

• Knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA's Brand Values and service standards.
• Through effective customer service, individual performance consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability targets.
• Responsible for accurately processing sales transactions at checkout, securely and quickly.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the store and compliance with all visual merchandising guidelines.
• Responsible for the execution and processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Assist with managing stock levels, inventory counts and product availability, as needed.
• Comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.
