Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. is seeking a part-time retail associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences in-store. You will handle transactions at the point of sale, assist with stock and merchandising, and maintain store standards while working non-traditional hours.

The role requires strong teamwork and communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Benefits are provided with part-time employment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment or other relative experience, preferred.
• Strong team player.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Knowledge of computer skills, basic know-how about MS Office programs.
• The ability to constantly walk and move about is required. Use of the senses (speaking, hearing, depth perception, etc.) and ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA's Brand Values and service standards.
• Through effective customer service, individual performance consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability targets.
• Process sales transactions at checkout securely and quickly.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the store and compliance with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Execute and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Assist with managing stock levels, inventory counts and product availability.
• Comply with all Policies & Procedures and core competencies.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and compliant working/shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.
