Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a retail environment or related field.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to learn new processes quickly.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
• Must be able to stand, move, and lift up to 30 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of customer experience in the store.
• Drive sales, KPIs, and profitability through effective customer service.
• Process sales transactions accurately and securely at checkout.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising per Puma standards.
• Handle incoming/outgoing merchandise and stock management as required.
• Assist with inventory, stock levels, and product availability.
