Job summary

PUMA Somerville is seeking energetic retail associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and maintain store standards. You will process transactions at checkout, assist with inventory, and uphold visual merchandising as per brand guidelines.

The role requires teamwork, quick learning, basic MS Office knowledge, and the ability to work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays. Base pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment or related field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including weekends/evenings/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience at the Store.
• Through effective customer service, meet or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability targets.
• Process sales transactions at checkout accurately and securely.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising per PUMA standards.
• Execute incoming/outgoing merchandise and manage stock as needed.
• Support stock counts and product availability.
