Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to deliver exceptional customer service in-store and drive sales while processing transactions accurately.

You will maintain store presentation, assist with stock management, and support inventory counts in alignment with PUMA standards. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail, strong teamwork and communication, and basic MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment or related field.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store per PUMA Brand Values and service standards.
• Process sales transactions accurately at checkout and handle payments securely.
• Maintain cleanliness, order and follow visual merchandising guidelines per PUMA standards.
• Assist with stock reception, inventory counts and product availability.
• Be flexible with hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
