Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOP adherence and policy enforcement.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems.
• Oversee in-store programs like Balloons, Birthday parties, and Loyalty.
• Train and develop team across departments.
