You will coach teams to execute SOPs and brand standards, provide MOD coverage, and oversee store programs and omni-channel services. A customer-focused leader with 3+ years in retail leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience
• Ability to lead and coach a high-performing selling culture
• Experience driving store KPIs and customer-focused results

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and service operations, ensuring adherence to SOPs and brand standards.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintain floor leadership and operational continuity.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems for smooth transactions.
• Oversee in-store programs: Balloons business, birthday party operations, and other events.
• Promote and enroll customers in Loyalty Rewards Program to drive retention.
• Drive sales and operational excellence in Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar experiences.
• Support BOPIS and Same Day Delivery for timely order fulfillment.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
