Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join its Realty Execution team for Walmart US.

You will own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects nationwide, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and high quality standards. You will partner with store team leads to supervise hourly staff, manage escalations, and coordinate with store leadership to keep programs on track, with frequent travel across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years in these areas.
• Master’s degree in Business or related field is preferred.
• Project Management - Management Professional Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of store remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to stay on track.
• Travel frequently to project sites across the US; communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to stakeholders.
