Job summary

Whole Foods Market is hiring for a Receiving/Accounts role in New Jersey. The position performs receiving, accounting, and distribution operations for incoming product deliveries across store teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• 12+ months in a distribution or receiving environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of store receiving, accounting, and distribution procedures.

Responsibilities

• Verify product against Purchase Orders and supplier paperwork.
• Confirm product integrity and check temperatures.
• Stamp, file, and distribute invoices to appropriate teams.
• Close purchase orders in the store purchasing system.
• Adhere to receiving standards and store processes.
• Support accounts payable with vendors.
• Assist with inventory close and store accounting.
• Maintain baler, compactor, and environmental areas.
• Arrive on time, groomed, and ready to work; attend trainings.
