Qualifications

• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with the Store team.
• Excellent Customer service skills.
• Proven ability to effectively resolve conflict.
• Must comply with all applicable laws for security positions, including background screening and fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for associates and Customers.
• Provide visible 'command' presence at store entrances/exits and on sales floor.
• Monitor for potential safety issues and address theft indicators.
• Greet Customers and assist with questions in a friendly manner.
• Collaborate with Store Leadership to minimize shortage and support LP initiatives.
• Participate in Loss Prevention programs and other duties as assigned.
