Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent is required.
• AA degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• One year of retail supervisor experience or similar training is preferred.
• One year of loss prevention/security training is preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for Associates and Customers.
• Provide visible presence and greet customers at entrances/exits and on the sales floor.
• Monitor for potential safety issues and theft indicators; cooperate with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention.
