Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required; AA degree preferred.
• Retail supervisor experience or equivalent training is advantageous.
• Loss prevention/security training is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and secure environment for Associates and Customers.
• Provides visible command presence at entrances/exits and on the sales floor.
• Removes clutter and ensures clear egress to emergency exits.
• Delivers strong customer service with greeting, eye contact, and courtesy.
• Treats all customers and Associates with respect and professionalism.
• Regularly communicates with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention teams.
• Supports Loss Prevention initiatives and best practices.
• Represents Ross Stores brand with a professional appearance.
• Monitors for potential theft and identifies suspicious behavior.
• Gathers theft indicators and communicates findings to leadership.
• Follows external theft response policies and procedures.
• Maximizes productivity by minimizing steps and touches.
