Job summary

Vuori is seeking an Assistant Store Manager of Product to ensure seamless store operations, focusing on product handling, visual merchandising, and SOP adherence. You’ll partner with the General Manager to drive inventory accuracy and customer experience.

This role leads the sales floor, oversees hiring/training, and champions a safe, engaging team culture, while representing Vuori at store and community events.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily/weekly product operations tasks and shipments
• Lead inventory accuracy initiatives and product handling efficiency
• Identify and resolve product operation issues with GM and HQ
• Oversee visual merchandising implementation and in-store standards
• Collaborate with Field Visual Merchandiser on brand-aligned visuals
• Support hiring, onboarding and ongoing training of store staff
• Drive customer experience on the sales floor and empower staff to resolve issues
• Support community events and stores initiatives
• Assist in labor planning and scheduling to meet UPH targets
• Manage store expenses within allocated budget
