Job summary

Vuori in Malibu is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to help lead our energetic store team and uphold Vuori's brand values through product knowledge and a positive, customer-centric approach.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager to deliver unforgettable shopping experiences, train and motivate staff, manage daily operations, and ensure inventory, visuals, and merchandising standards drive sales and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Available for 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week, including one weekend day.
• Proven leadership with punctuality and attendance.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong customer service, communication, and proactive issue resolution.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to deliver the best customer experience.
