Job summary

Vuori is seeking an Assistant Store Manager of People Experience in Carlsbad, CA to lead team engagement and customer service excellence. You will partner with the GM to implement hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training, driving a culture of hospitality and performance across the store, while championing community involvement and Vuori’s brand standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive leadership or supervisory experience.
• Established track record in retail sales leadership, driving sales targets through planning and team motivation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with coaching ability.
• Comprehensive understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to plan hiring, onboarding, and training for store employees.
• Own and implement a store engagement strategy to drive priorities via SMART goals, training, coaching, and feedback.
• Support culture of excellence with open communication, trust, respect, punctuality, accountability, and commitment to roles.
• Champion a safe and healthy work environment by identifying hazards and implementing safety protocols.
• Lead the store implementation of Vuori’s sales and service strategy to ensure excellence across customer interactions.
