Job summary

Vuori, Inc. is hiring a Retail Assistant Store Manager - Visual & Operations for the Flatiron location.

The role supports the Store Manager in leading a high-energy retail team, delivering outstanding customer experiences and maintaining Vuori’s brand standards. You will drive daily operations, manage inventory, and mentor staff to achieve sales goals while upholding visual merchandising and store processes.

Qualifications

• Available morning and/or evening, 8 hour shifts, 5 days/week, at least 1 weekend day.
• Leads by example in punctuality and attendance.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong customer service mindset with proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience and ensure each guest receives the best service.
• Own the sales floor and guide the team to prioritize customer experience.
• Stock fitting rooms, check sizes, and provide knowledgeable feedback on merchandise.
• Forge lasting customer relationships and invite attendance to events.
• Lead daily store operations in absence of Store Manager.
• Motivate the team to hit sales goals in a commission environment.
• Develop product knowledge across fashion and activewear trends.
• Coordinate inventory needs with the business goals.
