Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join our store leadership team. You will drive store product strategy, manage back-of-house operations, and oversee inventory to ensure floor and BOH are well-stocked and organized.

You will also supervise on duty shifts, contribute to hiring decisions, and deliver a world-class guest experience. You will collaborate with leadership to plan inventory activities, monitor stock levels, and coach team members.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.
• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics using business technology.
• Experience in leading, mentoring or process implementation with others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement product strategy.
• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Execute product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members to create a productive shift environment.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy.
• Analyze daily business data to guide product focus and pricing decisions.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training processes.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members for development.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment.
• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to deliver expert product education.
