Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join the store leadership team. You will drive the store product strategy, manage inventory movements, and oversee back-of-house operations to keep floors stocked and inviting.

You will coach team members, participate in hiring decisions, and stand in as Supervisor on Duty to deliver a premier guest experience. In this role you will analyze daily data, coordinate with leadership, and ensure consistent product availability while upholding SOPs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in retail or related field.
• Experience with inventory, merchandising, stocking, or logistics.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement product strategy.
• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy per SOPs.
• Execute product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team during shifts to maintain a productive, fun environment.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to optimize availability.
• Analyze daily data to inform product focus and pricing decisions.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Provide feedback, coaching and hands-on training to team members.
• Foster inclusive, respectful team dynamics.
• Lead floor presence as Supervisor on Duty to deliver world-class guest education.
