Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join the store leadership team. You will execute the store product strategy, manage inventory shifts, and oversee back-of-house operations to keep floor and BOH stocked and organized.

You will contribute to performance evaluations and hiring decisions, and act as Supervisor on Duty while ensuring a world-class guest experience on the floor.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.
• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics, including using business technology.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in accordance with SOPs.
• Execute product actions such as pull-backs, consolidations, and repricing.
• Engage team members to create a fun and productive shift atmosphere.
• Monitor product levels and inform sell-through strategy and product availability for guests.
• Review daily business data and metrics to inform actions and provide recommendations.
• Participate in hiring: recruitment, onboarding, and training.
• Coach and develop team members through feedback, demonstrations and hands-on experiences.
• Foster an inclusive team environment with supportive relationships.
• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty during open hours to deliver technical product education.
