Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.
• Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics including using business technology to accomplish work.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities according to SOPs.
• Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members in inventory management and create a fun, productive shift environment.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy and product availability for guests.
• Review daily business data and metrics to inform actions and recommend product focus.
• Participate in the store’s hiring process, onboarding, and training.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members to support learning and development.
• Foster an inclusive team environment with supportive working relationships.
• As Supervisor on Duty, lead from the floor to deliver technical product education and world-class guest experience.
