Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join our store leadership team in New York. You will drive the store product strategy, manage inventory shifts, and oversee back-of-house operations to keep floors and stock organized.

You will also contribute to hiring decisions, coach team members, and lead as Supervisor on Duty while delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, product availability, and data-driven actions to optimize sell-through.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.
• Experience with inventory management, product/visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics.
• Experience leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Execute product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members to create a fun, productive inventory shift.
• Monitor product levels and inform sell-through and product availability strategies.
• Analyze daily data to advise store leadership on product focus and pricing where relevant.
• Participate in hiring processes, including recruitment and onboarding.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members for development.
• Foster an inclusive team environment and supportive relationships.
• As Supervisor on Duty, lead from the floor to deliver expert product education.
