Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join our store leadership team in New York. You will drive store product strategy, oversee inventory shifts, and manage all back-of-house operations to ensure floor stock and organization.

This role calls for hands-on leadership, collaboration with peers, and the ability to coach team members, participate in hiring, and deliver a world-class guest experience on the floor. Experience with inventory management and merchandising is valued.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in retail, distribution, or related operations.
• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or delegating to others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement product strategy.
• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in accordance with SOPs.
• Oversee product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, repricing.
• Engage team members and foster a productive shift environment.
• Monitor product levels and support sell-through strategies.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Provide direct feedback and coaching to team members.
• Lead as Supervisor on Duty to deliver a world-class guest experience.
