Job summary

lululemon's Product Operations Lead role is part of the store leadership team and focuses on executing the store product strategy, inventory management, and back‑of‑house operations. You will supervise inventory shifts, ensure BOH and floor stock are organized, and act as Supervisor on Duty while leading inventory cycles.

The position requires collaboration with store leaders, coaching of team members, and delivering a world‑class guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in retail or related field.
• Experience with inventory management or merchandising.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Lead inventory shifts and oversee BOH operations to keep floor and stock organized.
• Support guest experience by delivering world-class service when on the floor.
