Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with solid academic record or Walgreens internship or high school diploma with two years supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, professional ethics, strong communication skills and business acumen.
• Must complete Store Manager training LEAP or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks for ESM role.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and front-end operations to meet store deliverables.
• Support Store Manager with overall operations and schedules; cover in absence of manager.
• Lead and develop store team through recruitment, performance management, and discipline.
• Enhance customer experience by coaching front-end and pharmacy teams.
• Manage store assets, merchandising, cash handling, and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze performance data and drive store improvements with the team.
• Coordinate with external partners for community outreach and partnerships.
• Ensure safety, training, and continuous development of staff.
