Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant as needed.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and analyzes the customer service provided by team members; develops action plans for improvement.
• Supervises operation of the store and pharmacy; scheduling and task delegation.
• Analyzes financial and performance data to increase sales and control costs.
