• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state or pharmacy-related certification as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversees store and pharmacy operations, including scheduling and task delegation.
• Monitors customer experience and staff performance to drive sales and service excellence.
• Manages inventory, merchandising, pricing, and stock levels to optimize profitability.
• Analyzes financial and performance data to improve sales and control costs.
• Leads hiring, coaching, and development of team members; ensures policy compliance.
