Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of retail management experience.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Pharmacy technician registration/licensure as required by state OR licensed RPh as soon as possible given state law requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversees store and pharmacy operations, including opening/closing shifts, scheduling and task delegation.
• Manages store assets, inventory, and merchandising; analyzes sales and implements promotional plans.
• Monitors customer service and trains team members to deliver a distinctive customer and patient experience.
• Responds to customer complaints and special needs; ensures policy compliance across the team.
• Guides hiring, promotion, training, and performance management to develop staff.
