Job summary

Walgreens Co. seeks an experienced store leader to manage operations for the Walgreens store and pharmacy, driving sales, profits, and excellent customer service. You will supervise opening/closing, staffing, merchandising, and control of cash and inventory while upholding company policies and regulatory requirements.

You will lead a team, develop staff, analyze KPIs, and collaborate with management to deliver a superior customer and patient experience across retail and pharmacy services.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and 3 years retail management experience or HS diploma with 5 years retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician registration/licensure as required by state or pharmacy assistant in WA as applicable.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Manages the operation of the Walgreens store and pharmacy to drive sales and profitability.
• Supervises opening/closing, scheduling, and delegation for store team members.
• Analyzes financial and performance data to increase sales and control costs.
• Ensures compliance with laws and company policies; leads hiring and performance management.
• Delivers a distinctive customer and patient experience and oversees inventory, merchandising, and training.
