Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations of a Walgreens store, including the pharmacy. You will lead front-line teams, optimize merchandising, protect assets, and deliver a distinctive customer and patient experience.

The role drives sales, profitability, and brand image through strong people leadership and operational excellence. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of retail management (or equivalent) and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years retail management experience.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Licensed pharmacy technician/Pharmacy assistant or RPh qualifications per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and analyzes customer service; develops action plans for improvement.
• Supervises store and pharmacy operations, scheduling, and bookkeeping.
• Analyzes inventory and sales data to drive store performance.
• Manages hiring, training, and performance of store team members.
