Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversees merchandising, stock levels, pricing, and inventory management to avoid outs and overstock.
• Analyzes financial and performance data, drives actions to increase sales and minimize costs.
• Handles hiring decisions, training progress, and performance management across staff.
• Leads in-store communications, partner relations, and community outreach.
