Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant or RPh status as soon as possible per state law.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store and pharmacy operations, including opening/closing, scheduling and task delegation.
• Monitor customer service quality and train team members to deliver a superior patient experience.
• Manage inventory, pricing, receiving and merchandising to maximize sales and reduce loss.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies across store and pharmacy operations.
