Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees store and pharmacy operations including scheduling and task delegation.
• Manages store finances: registers, cash reports, and time records.
• Oversees merchandising, inventory control, and stock levels; minimizes outs and overstock.
• Ensures compliance with laws and company policies; maintains safe, clean store environment.
• Develops and implements plans to improve sales and profitability; analyzes KPIs and asset protection data.
• Recruits, trains, and develops team members; conducts performance reviews.
