Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations of a Walgreens store and pharmacy, ensuring exceptional customer service, effective merchandising, and compliant store performance.

You will supervise scheduling, inventory, and staff development while partnering with district management to meet sales and service goals. The role requires retail management experience, pharmacy licensure as required by state law, and flexibility to work extended hours, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant in WA state OR licensed RPh as soon as possible given state law requirements, no later than 12 months from Store Manager position start date.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• PTCB or ExCPT Certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and analyzes customer service provided by team members and coaching for improvement.
• Greets customers and clinic patients and assists with products and services.
• Supervises operation of the store and pharmacy, including scheduling and task delegation.
• Analyzes financial and performance data to increase sales and control costs.
• Identifies sales opportunities and manages inventory and merchandising.
