Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years retail management experience.
• Pharmacy technician license as required by state OR pharmacy assistant in WA state OR licensed RPh as soon as possible given state law requirements.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervises operation of the store and pharmacy, including scheduling and task delegation.
• Analyzes financial and performance data; develops action plans to increase sales and control costs.
• Ensures compliance with all corporate policies and employment laws, fair treatment of staff.
• Develops employee performance plans, coaching, and progression; approves compensation.
• Manages inventory levels, stock, and merchandising across departments.
• Maintains customer service excellence and resolves complaints.
