Walgreens Co. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to supervise customer service associates, front-end operations, and pharmacy/retail activities. You will lead recruitment, performance management, and ensure execution of store strategies to achieve profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, cash management, inventory control, and adherence to company policies. Flexibility for extended days and potential relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent supervisory experience required in retail.
• Experience leading store teams and driving customer service metrics.
• Strong communication, coaching, and people management skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise customer service associates and designated hitters; oversee front end and store operations.
• Recruit, hire, and manage performance; discipline direct reports as needed.
• Improve store sales, profitability, and operational standards across pharmacy and retail.
• Monitor customer service, coach staff, and implement improvement plans for loyalty.
• Manage scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and compliance with policies and laws.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and district teams to drive store initiatives.
