Walgreens Co. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations of a Walgreens store and its pharmacy. You will manage shifts, staff, merchandising, inventory, and financial performance while ensuring superb customer and patient experiences.

You’ll lead a team, drive sales, and protect assets, with responsibilities spanning training, compliance, scheduling, and performance management. Flexibility and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and 3 years of retail management experience.
• Pharmacy experience or supervision responsibilities are a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Oversees store and pharmacy operations, scheduling, and task delegation.
• Monitors financials, inventory, and asset protection to drive sales and profitability.
• Manages merchandising, displays, pricing and promotional space to maximize turnover.
• Leads hiring, coaching, training and performance management of team members.
• Ensures a high level of customer and patient experience and resolves issues promptly.
