Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of retail management experience, or a HS diploma with 5 years of management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant or licensed pharmacist as required by state law.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage operation of the store and pharmacy, including opening/closing and scheduling.
• Supervise finances, registers, bank activities and bookkeeping.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory and stock levels; set up displays and promotional space.
• Drive sales and control costs by analyzing KPIs and performance data.
• Hire, train, coach, and manage team performance and development.
• Coordinate with district management and corporate; engage in community outreach.
