Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience.
• High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Oversees store and pharmacy operations including scheduling and task delegation.
• Monitors customer service and trains team to deliver outstanding experiences.
• Manages merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Ensures compliance with laws, policies, and safety standards.
• Engages in community outreach and District Manager communications.
• Hires, promotes, and develops team members; conducts reviews.
