Job summary

You will supervise openings, shifts, and staffing; manage registers, StoreNet, and Intercom+ systems; and ensure team delivers exceptional service. This role requires pharmacy tech licensure in the relevant state and adaptable scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience, or high school diploma with 5 years retail management.
• Pharmacy technician registration/licensure as required by state.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage store and pharmacy operations, including opening/closing shifts and scheduling.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Analyze performance data and implement cost-control and sales strategies.
• Ensure compliance with laws and Walgreens policies.
