Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications include 2 years of college or 1 year retail and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and feedback to associates and providing guidance on store operations.
• Drives financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensures customer needs are resolved and promotes exceptional customer service with the One Best Way model.
• Recruits, trains and mentors associates and promotes a culture of belonging.
