Job summary

Walmart in Sarasota, FL is seeking a senior store leader to drive sales, manage a large team, and uphold Walmart values. You will oversee customer service, merchandising, budgeting, and community engagement while aligning with Open Door policies and company direction.

You will lead the store management team, monitor KPIs, develop plans to improve financial performance, and mentor associates to deliver excellent service and results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 4 years general management experience to include financial accountability.
• 4 years’ experience supervising 50 or more exempt and non-exempt associates/employees to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and training requirements may apply.
• For facilities that require state-specific rules, relevant certificates may apply.
• Associates will attend and complete required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Directs the management team in store operations, merchandising and company direction.
• Drives sales by ensuring budgeting, pricing, in-stock levels and forecasting accuracy.
• Ensures an engaging Academy training environment and develops a high-performance culture.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
