Job summary

Couto Management is seeking Managers to oversee Dunkin’ shops across Eastern Massachusetts, from the North Shore to Cape Cod. You will lead and develop the crew, ensuring guest satisfaction and efficient store operations.

The role requires strong communication, reliability and a willingness to take on responsibilities, including weekend work and coordinating with upper management. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in quick service retail, supervisory role preferred.
• Must read/write/speak English fluently.
• Must be certified or willing to become certified in Dunkin Brands courses, ServSafe, and other local health dept requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with staff and customers.
• Health dept requirements: freedom from communicable diseases; ability to work under stress.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise employees.
• Complete weekly reports and safety assessments; maintain records.
• Ensure customers are served courteously, accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare food and beverages per Dunkin Donuts specs.
• Handle additional projects or duties as assigned by Upper Management.
